It’s not rocket science.  Follow these steps:

Go to: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
Enter in any phrase you like, say for example “steam cleaner melbourne”.
Google will then come back with a whole list of related phrases to the one you entered, like “carpet cleaner”, “hard floor steam cleaners”, etc.
Importantly, for each phrase, Google will show you how popular it [...]
