Located in Malvern, Melbourne, SIMB is operated on a full time basis by Andrew Chapman and Libby Chapman.

Together we've worked on a wide variety of excellent projects, ranging from effective and beautiful marketing websites to large and secure database driven applications and ecommerce stores.

We have a variety of qualifications and skills including graphic design (photoshop, illustrator, indesign), web site programming (php, java, .Net), database engineering (Postgres, MySQL, MS SQL Server, MS Access), server administration (linux, freebsd) and training.

We strive to keep our knowledge up-to-date and have an ongoing commitment to postgraduate training at tertiary institutions.
